A. FLOOR PLAN:
This Document will be considered as the 1st document of House Construction- It helps a lot for the owner to satisfy his requirement house as per present condition & land shape.
- A survey says that Every 1 buyer out 3 want to see a floor plan while buying
B. INTERIOR 3D DESIGN:
This Document will be considered as the 2nd document of House Construction- It shapes Living Room, kitchen & latrine according to user occupancy.
- Interior design delivered exact house inner finishing view before starting.
C. EXTERIOR 3D DESIGN:
This Document will be considered as the 3rd document of House Construction- Exterior 3D design delivered exact house outside finishing view before starting Construction.

D. BUILDING PLANNING SHEET:
This Document will be considered as the 4th document of House Construction- It's a required document before starting construction, required for any type of approval
- This including floor plan, section, elevation, site plan, structural details & Other details including Owners Name, Address, Land Location, Approval Authority, Building Details, Structural Component details etc.
E. COST ESTIMATION:
This Document will be considered as the 5th document of House Construction- It's a required document before starting construction, required for loan & another purpose

F. MATERIAL ESTIMATION:
This Document will be considered as the 6th document of House Construction- It's a required document before starting construction, required for loan & another purpose

- Rs 1.5 per Sqft | Minimum Charge is Rs 2000.00
- For Member Rs 1 per Sqft | Minimum Charge is Rs 800.00
D. MATERIAL ESTIMATION:
- Rs 1 per Sqft | Minimum Charge is Rs 1000.00
- For Member Rs 0.6 per Sqft | Minimum Charge is Rs 600.00
E. DETAILS ESTIMATION:
