How to DO smart DCR LAYERING (IN VIDEO ExPLANATION)
Step1: Complete Building Drawing Sheet as per Bye Law,
Step 2: Scale it into (1:1) Scale and Whole Drawing in 0 Layer
Step 3: Add DCR Layer as per Manual UDMA Govt of WB
Step 4: Submit it into OBPAS portal
Submit into OBPAS portal
Step1: Citizen send Form with filling necessary data & send to Register Consultant
Step 2: Consultant Scan All Required Files & make it into PDF
Step 3: Upload Missing Data & Files
Step 4: Send for Scrutiny & Check
